Andino Wijn

About Us

An Argentine wine house, at home in Europe

Andino Wijn brings a focused selection of Argentine wines to the Netherlands. They are chosen at the source and offered to restaurants, wine shops, hospitality partners and private customers who care where a bottle comes from.

What we do

We import and curate wines from independent Argentine producers and represent them here in the Netherlands. Rather than a broad catalogue, we keep a small list we know well: three houses and sixteen wines. We stand behind every bottle on it.

We work with restaurants, hotels, caterers and wine shops, and we welcome private customers looking for something with a clear origin.

Why Argentine wine

Argentina makes wine along the whole length of the Andes, at altitudes and in climates that have few equals. The result is not one style but many: bright, high-country whites; structured, sun-filled Malbec; cool, restrained reds from the far south.

It is a country whose best wines are still under-represented on European lists. That gap is the reason Andino exists.

The selection

Our collection comes from three producers: Pannunzio Wines in Barrancas, Mendoza; Bodega Patritti in San Patricio del Chañar, Patagonia; and Munay in the Calchaquí Valleys of Salta. Each works at a human scale and bottles wines that taste of a specific place.

We choose the wines on character and craft, not on volume, and we only list what we can supply properly.

From the Andes to Europe

The wines are Argentine; the setting is European. Andino sits between the two, handling the sourcing, the import and the story, so a bottle from Neuquén or Cafayate arrives on a table in the Netherlands with its origin intact.

How we work

Directly and personally. We taste what we sell, keep the list short, and would rather explain one wine well than push ten. If you would like to see the collection or talk through what might suit your list, get in touch.
