- Deep, intense ruby red with violet reflections, brilliant.
- Nose
- Ripe red and black fruit: elderberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, stewed fig and plum, with black pepper, liquorice, and vanilla and tobacco from the oak.

- Elegant and balanced: a soft attack, a broad palate, fresh acidity and round, persistent tannins.

The land
Patagonia
Andino's Patagonian producer, Bodega Patritti, is in San Patricio del Chañar, Neuquén. Argentina's wine-growing Patagonia spans Neuquén, Río Negro and La Pampa and is a heterogeneous territory of distinct soils, altitudes and climates. The climate is cold, with a significant day-night thermal amplitude and strong winds that improve fruit health and concentrate colour and aromas; San Patricio del Chañar is described as one of Argentina's coldest fine-wine regions. Soils in the estate vineyard are stony.

- Winemaker
- Nicolás Navío, head winemaker since 2008, with more than eighteen harvests at the winery. Trained at Don Bosco and at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in San Rafael; he also consults for other wineries.
