- Fruity, dominated by stone fruit such as plum and cherry, with ripe berries such as raspberry; fresh and expressive.

- Frank and direct on the attack, with good acidity and notes of mint over a background of vanilla and coffee from the oak; soft, approachable tannins.

The land
Patagonia
Andino's Patagonian producer, Bodega Patritti, is in San Patricio del Chañar, Neuquén. Argentina's wine-growing Patagonia spans Neuquén, Río Negro and La Pampa and is a heterogeneous territory of distinct soils, altitudes and climates. The climate is cold, with a significant day-night thermal amplitude and strong winds that improve fruit health and concentrate colour and aromas; San Patricio del Chañar is described as one of Argentina's coldest fine-wine regions. Soils in the estate vineyard are stony.

- Winemaker
- Nicolás Navío, head winemaker since 2008, with more than eighteen harvests at the winery. Trained at Don Bosco and at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in San Rafael; he also consults for other wineries.
