Founded in 2003 with the planting of the first vines in San Patricio del Chañar, Neuquén. In 2021, Rubén Patritti left a fifteen-year role at an industrial-scale winery to reorient the project around a small-batch vision: to produce less, select better and give each wine the time it needs.
The land
Place & terroir
Argentina's wine-growing Patagonia, across Neuquén, Río Negro and La Pampa, is a heterogeneous territory of distinct soils, altitudes and climates. Patritti's approach is to work with that diversity rather than simplify it, seeking the best expression of each area.

Hand-harvested; low-yield viticulture. Vines grown on stony soils under strong winds that promote thicker grape skins.
Hand-harvested fruit; cold pre-fermentation maceration; fermentation with selected or indigenous yeasts (with partial whole-cluster use in the Sangre Azul range); malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks; ageing in first- and/or second-use French oak.

Certified under the Bodegas de Argentina Sustainability Protocol, audited by Ecocert Argentina S.A. Certificate N° 246, valid until October 2027.
